My approach draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Attachment-Based approaches. I find value in utilizing such approaches grounded in evidence-based research and compassion so that clients can evoke their fullest potential from within. I aspire to support my clients in building an authentic and meaningful life.

I have obtained the Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy Level 1 and 2. As well as training in the following modalities, including: Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Skills, Emotion-Focused Attachment Science, Somatic Approach to Working with Trauma, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and am also diligent in practicing with a Trauma-Informed Lens.

Whether it be to process, build skills, or provide a safe space… I welcome your story, and I look forward to serving you with humility, integrity, and a culture of care. I look forward to meeting you!
